Calisto Plast 34 is available in 25 kg. 110 kg and 230 kg drum.
Calisto Plast 34 has a shelf life of 14 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry place in original packing.
Description :
Calisto Plast 34 is a multi-component liquid admixture based on high molecular weight polymers and naphthalene formaldehyde to produce self-compacting flowing concrete and to produce hich early strength concrete.
Primary uses
For the production of high workability concrete where heavily congested reinforcements exist or poor access is available. To produce flowing self-compacting concrete which requires minimal labour to place. For the production of high strength, high workability concrete. Particularly beneficial in hot climatic conditions.
Field Trials should be carried out with the given cement and aggregates to arrive at optimum dosages for the desired property to be achieved. However for guidance we specify a range of 0.5 to 1.5 percent by weight of cement for initiating trials based on type of concrete required.
Calisto Plast 34 should be added to the mix during the cycle at the same time as water or aggregates Never add Calisto Plast 34 to dry cement.
Exercise caution and use protective clothing such as gloves and goggles. Inhalation of vapour or mist should be avoided. If inhaled symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, and shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift victim to fresh air & if need be start artificial respiration. Give oxygen if breathing is labored & call emergency medical help. In case of eye contact flush with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help. If swallowed will cause nausea, vomiting, and loss of consciousness. Do not induce vomiting rather call for medical help. If contact with skin flush with water/soap & water until all traces are removed. Seek medical attention if required.

Calisto plast n proof is based on specialized surfactants and synthetic resin which impart superior flow and cohesive properties in concrete and mortars. Use of Integral waterproofing compounds in concrete and mortar is one of the precautions taken to achieve a waterproof concrete or plaster.
Advantages :
Concrete and plasters admixed with Calisto Plast N Proof exhibit the following advantages:
- Durability is increased due to air entrainment.
- Segregation bleed and thereafter honeycombing is prevented.
- Surface finish of concrete and plaster is improved.
- Attacks by Sulphates and chlorides from ground water in coastal areas is well tolerated.
Action
Calisto plast-o-proof functions in the following manners:
It disrupts the capillary network within the concrete mass which could conduct water through concrete.
It significantly reduces water demand to bring down W/C ratio in the range of 0.45 which generally represents a sound concrete.
It reduces the possibility of shrinkage cracks.
It improves adhesive and tensile properties of mortar.
100 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. In demanding situations dosage could be doubled.
Add Calisto Plast N Proof in concrete and mortar along with water at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, in demanding situations the dosage could be doubled.
